Return & Refund Policy

At Back to Basics Homestead, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our homemade and consumable items, all sales are final except in the cases outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive incorrect or damaged.

• Customers must contact Back to Basics Homesteadwithin 5 days of delivery to report the issue.

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your message.

• Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review. Non- Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products

• Consumable or perishable items

• Products damaged to improper use, storage, or preparation

• Orders reported outside the 5-day window
